INSTRUCTIONS: The purpose of this page is to determine whether a ganache recipe from another source is a balanced ganache recipe or not. If the recipe is not balanced then the Ganache Master provides you with a balanced version of your recipe using the same flavor profile. The suggested balanced recipe is given as a GKey. To better understand how to use a GKey please read the "How" tab and the instructions on the "GKey" tab.

Select the ingredients your recipe uses on the left-hand side of the page under the Flavor Profile heading. Your selections will appear on the right under the Ganache Elements column. Enter the weight of each element and click on the "Check My Recipe".
