Ganache Master

INSTRUCTIONS: A Ganache Key (GKey) is the alpha-numeric sequence that is printed on the Ganache Recipe that you created (please note, ganache name is not part of the GKey. It is there as a reminder). The purpose of the GKey is to get back to your earlier recipes without having to remember all of the ingredients and their percentages. Simply copy and paste the GKey in the window below to generate your earlier recipe. The system also allows you to change the sugar percentage and the total weight of the recipe before developing and reprinting it.
